Spacious tower house with a view, garden and mooring for 2 boats
This spacious tower house for six people has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a bunk bed. A cot is also available. The house has two bathrooms: one with bath, shower and toilet on the first floor and a second bathroom with shower and toilet on the second floor for extra privacy. A separate toilet is located on the ground floor. Outside you can enjoy a spacious garden and direct location on the water, with a harbor and mooring for two boats. For extra comfort there is Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washing machine and a BBQ. Pets are allowed after consultation.

Recreation company Aan het Water is the address for holiday homes at Waterpark Heeg, Waterlodges aan de Opper and villas at Park Wetterhaghe. There is also a family house for groups of up to 20 people. The holiday homes are all located on the water with a mooring and there are also 8-person e-sloops available. The spacious accommodations in the cozy water sports village of Heeg form the ideal basis for discovering the versatile Southwest Friesland.
Location
The accommodations are located in various places in Heeg. From your holiday home you can sail or walk to the center of Heeg with nice shops and many restaurants. Heeg is known as a water sports village and the water is never far away, so you can sail on an evening trip with the Palingaak, but you can easily get on the water in a boat yourself. Heeg is about a 15-minute drive from the Eleven Cities of Sneek and IJlst and you can reach Workum in about 45 minutes by bike.

Introduction
In January 2016 we became the proud owners of Recreation Company Aan Het Water. We both grew up in the Heeg area. After living outside the Frisian lake area for a long period of time, the loss became too great and we decided to return. The love for the environment, for water sports and working in the tourism sector all coincide perfectly in this place.
Tips from the host
Heeg is one of the most popular water sports resorts in Friesland. It is not without reason that the many sailing schools, marinas, boat rental companies and other water sports-related companies are located there! Heeg is ideal as a starting or ending point for a trip across the Frisian Lakes. Whether you choose to sail or take a motorboat: Heeg is the ideal starting point. But it is also fantastic to discover the area over land, by bicycle, walking or motorized. Heeg has it all.
