Very spacious apartment for 6 people in a former farm
You will find this bright and very spacious six-person apartment at the rear of a former farm. There is a large open plan living area with a comfortable sitting and dining area and a spacious kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove with oven, separate combi microwave and sufficient work space. In the apartment there are three bedrooms, each suitable for two people (two bedrooms have two single beds and one bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses). One of the three bedrooms has patio doors to the terrace. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and sink and one of the bathrooms also has a corner bath. All areas of this apartment are located on the ground floor. The apartment also has a separate toilet group with 3 toilets and a urinal. This can be used if 1 group rents all three apartments in the farmhouse. Both from the living room and from one of the bedrooms you have access to your own sunny terrace with various garden furniture.

You will find Aldehoeve accommodation in a former farmhouse in Workum. The farm is located in a quiet residential area, on a large park-like plot, less than a 5-minute walk from the pleasant center of Workum. Three modern and comfortable apartments have been realized in the farmhouse, two of which are suitable for four people and one apartment is suitable for six people. The apartments are located at the rear of the farm, in the former cowsheds. All apartments have their own entrance with terrace. The owner's family lives in the front house of the farm.

Aldehoeve accommodation is located in a former farm in the pleasant town of Workum. In five minutes you can walk to the cozy city center with various shops, restaurants and various museums. The IJsselmeer coast and the wide beach of Workum are located about 7 minutes by car and other villages and towns such as Stavoren, Hindeloopen and Makkum are within cycling distance.

- Although the apartment is on the ground floor, there is a small staircase from both the living room and the bedroom to the garden. - Bath and bed linen is included in the price, as well as kitchen textiles - There is a charging station available that can be used with your own charging card to charge an electric car - Pets are not allowed - Groups of young people as well as bachelor parties and music with amplifiers are not allowed - The use of self-brought baking/frying devices, such as deep-fat fryer, fondue, stone grill, airfryer, etc., is not permitted due to fire safety and baking smell
