Lovely house on the water
Enjoy this detached holiday home with a beautifully landscaped garden all around. The house is located directly on the water and from the registration jetty (17 meters long!) you can jump straight into the water or board your (rental) boat. The garden has several terraces so you can enjoy both the sun and the shade. There is room for two cars and a trailer. The living room is located on the water side and has a cozy kitchen and spacious dining area. There is also a toilet and wardrobe on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, each with a double bed and blackout curtains. The bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is also on this floor. It is also possible to do laundry, the house has a washing machine and dryer.

Aqua State
Aqua-State Holiday Homes is a rental organization of 50 holiday homes in Lemmer. The office is centrally located in the middle of the 3 different parks where we offer houses. So you always have us nearby. Our reception is also happy to assist you during your stay with the rental of bicycles, e-bikes or a sloop. All waterfront houses have free access to the Frisian lake area. So a paradise for water sports enthusiasts.
Location
This holiday park is located on the edge of Lemmer. Almost all holiday homes are located on the water and are connected to the Frisian lakes via various waterways. From the holiday park you can easily walk or cycle to the Ir. D.F. Woudagemaal (the oldest working steam pumping station in the world!) or go to the center of Lemmer. Here you will find numerous cozy shops, restaurants and various supermarkets. Lemmer beach is also not far away, this beach is located two kilometers away.

I have been the proud owner of Aqua-State Holiday Homes for almost 20 years. Started as the owner of a holiday home and now I can offer 50 holiday homes. We still find personal attention important. Tips from the host
Most holiday homes are located on the water. So feel free to bring your own boat or rent a sloop. You can rent beautiful boats at Aqua-State in Lemmer. Do you have special wishes, such as a disability or do you want a fence along the water for small children? Let us know, we will be happy to assist you further.
