Detached holiday villa on the water with jetty and spacious garden
This beautiful villa has a spacious living room, with a large sitting area, followed by the dining room. This dining room has an open connection with the kitchen. There are many patio doors to the various terraces. There is also an additional shower on the ground floor. This can be ideal, after a swim outside in the open water, adjacent to the garden. On the first floor there are four spacious bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed and the other two rooms both have two single beds. There is a bathroom with a bath, shower, double washbasin and a toilet.

Location
The house is located just outside Stavoren in a small-scale park. You can reach the center of the historic 11-city town in 10 minutes by bike and 15 minutes on foot. Stavoren is a small harbor town with an old city center, complemented by modern architecture. There are various catering establishments ranging from cafeteria to restaurant. There is also a supermarket in town. Stavoren is also the base for the ferry to Enkhuizen. The city is located on the IJsselmeer, so you can enjoy the beach, but you can also take wonderful walks along the dike. By boat you can enjoy the IJsselmeer, but also the Frisian lakes, such as the Morra and the Fluessen. The Gaasterland forests are close by, where you can enjoy cycling, walking and mountain biking.

- The villa can be rented for guests aged 21 and over. It is important to know that the house is located in a small, but above all quiet park. After 22:00 in the evening it is expected that you do not cause any noise nuisance. - In addition, the garden is on the water and the water is not closed off with a fence. So be careful with small children. Children's life jackets are available. - Everyone is expected to drive at a walking pace at the park. - Linen is included in the price. Introduction
Together with my husband and three daughters, we live in Hemelum, a small village, 10 minutes from Stavoren. My husband has a sailing school and I organize events and I co-own a vintage shop. I always look for special holiday homes when we go on vacation. I also try to realize this in the holiday home in Stavoren that we rent out. Ultimately, home is where the heart is, but like a bit of fun!
