Cozy and comfortable 6-person holiday home for water sports enthusiasts, but also for walkers and cyclists, in the middle of the lake area of Southwest Friesland. The house has a bright living room with a cozy sitting area and fireplace. Adjacent is the spacious open kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso. There is a bathroom with double sink, shower and bath. There is a toilet upstairs and downstairs. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. The holiday home has its own mooring for a boat (10x4m), spacious garden and private parking.

Location
You will find this comfortable detached holiday home on the edge of the village of Woudsend. Located on a quiet villa park with its own parking space. Woudsend (or Wâldsein as we say in Friesland) can be called a real water sports village because of its location between the two Frisian lakes: Heegermeer and Slotermeer and on the Elfstedentocht route. Here you can wander through narrow alleys, past restored buildings and discover surprising vistas. Don't forget to visit the churches, Korenmolen 't Lam and Houtzagmolen de Jager. During the summer holidays you can of course visit the weekly Farmer's Market on Thursday, a market with fresh regional products, supplemented with activities for young and old. Within a fifteen minute drive you are in the Eleven Cities cities of Sloten, Sneek or IJlst, where you can go on a treasure hunt.

Important to know
The house is not located directly on the water, but about 20 meters from the open waterway. This makes it quiet, with more privacy. There is a private jetty for a boat (max. 10 meters, 4 meters wide). Bed and bath linen is not provided, you have to bring this yourself. The TV works with Chromecast. To watch TV, you must therefore download the app from your own television provider on your phone. You can also watch your own streaming services.
