Inside, you'll find a spacious and bright communal area with chairs and tables for 50 people. This can easily be expanded to seat 75. For larger groups, additional tables and chairs can be placed on the mezzanine, providing seating for up to 100 people. The space features a cozy, fully equipped bar, French doors leading outside, and audiovisual equipment for presentations or atmospheric evenings. Behind the bar is a separate lounge with views of the grounds and a foosball table. For larger groups, this space serves as an additional dining area. The professional kitchen is fully equipped, including a laundry area, 6-burner gas stove, refrigerators and freezers, a large oven, microwave, and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there's a charming mezzanine with a flexible lounge layout and a view of the communal area. There are multiple bedrooms with unique box beds and ample sanitary facilities, ensuring everyone can sleep comfortably. Outside, there's plenty of space to relax and play. The grounds include a recreational field with a volleyball net, a fire pit, a large parking lot, and a cozy covered terrace. During your stay, you can choose to have everything taken care of.
