Enjoy comfort in this wonderful house with your family on the water
This sustainable and energy-neutral home was recently built (2020) and fully equipped. The house has a spacious living room with cozy living and dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes an oven, electric hob and dishwasher. Adjacent to the living room there is a nice garden with both a covered terrace and an uncovered terrace. There is also a jetty along the water. From here you can take a refreshing dip in the water or moor your (rented) boat here. There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Two of them have a double box-spring bed and the other bedroom has two single box-spring beds. Each bathroom has its own sink and walk-in shower. In addition, there are two separate toilets, one downstairs and one on the first floor.

Huisjes Stavoren - De Bleeck 6&7
Huisjes Stavoren are two holiday homes that are located next to each other. Both houses are identical and mirrored from each other. Only the decoration is different, so that both houses have their own identity and character. The houses are quietly located and from the water you can sail to the Frisian lakes or the IJsselmeer. A few houses away is a supermarket where you can do your shopping seven days a week.
Location
These new (2020) homes are located in Stavoren and have an ideal location on the water. You can easily board your (rented) boat and explore Friesland from the water. Stavoren is one of the Eleven Cities and is known, among other things, for the female of Stavoren, she is still on the lookout in the old harbor of Stavoren. The supermarket is less than 50 meters from the holiday home and there are also several restaurants within walking distance with something for everyone.

Special about this accommodation
We have chosen a place in a quiet part of the Netherlands. The reason why we like to come to the houses are the friendly people, the silence and the tranquility. There is nothing better than taking a refreshing dip behind the house early in the morning, swooning over the water, enjoying the flight of the swallows in the afternoon and, as soon as night has fallen, spotting bats that collecting meals above the water. The water behind the house is private property and is closed with a bridge that you can open yourself. This creates a safe situation for your (grand) children to play on or in the water.

My partner Bert is a contractor and I am a sailing instructor. We built the houses at De Bleeck 6 & 7 because of our passion for water and because Stavoren and its surroundings offer everything you need to take a break. Peace and space, Quality Time, all kinds of activities in the area and a train station to bustling Frisian cities.
