This shipyard-built Aquanaut 850 OK has a spacious open cockpit with a comfortable bench, ideal for enjoying the view. In the bow of the boat there are two separate beds, which you can easily convert into one large bed for extra sleeping comfort. On board you will find all the basic facilities for a relaxing trip, such as hot and cold running water, a toilet and 230V via an inverter. Thanks to the bow thruster, the boat is easy to manoeuvre, which makes mooring a lot easier. And with the low clearance you can sail effortlessly under many bridges, without delay. So you can fully enjoy everything that Friesland has to offer.

On the edge of Heerenveen you will find Rem Yachtcharter. From Heerenveen you can easily sail via the Heerenveens canal towards the Sneekermeer from where you can explore the beautiful Frisian lakes. If you sail via the river It Deel towards the south, then with a day of sailing you are in the nature park de Weerribben or the tourist attraction Giethoorn. The boats can be rented without a sailing license, if you have no experience a sailing course (which can be booked) is mandatory.

Remy has been active in water sports for more than 20 years with his own yacht service company. He knows boats inside and out, and knows exactly what is needed to go out on the water safely and comfortably. In 2023, we decided to join forces and start a rental company in addition to the yacht service. This is how REM Yachtcharter was born. Nathalie brings her years of experience and education from the catering industry. Hospitality, attention to detail and service are central to her. Together we ensure that our boats are in tip-top condition and that you feel welcome from the first contact. Our knowledge of technology and service makes us strong in what we do. We know the Frisian waters like the back of our hand and are happy to help you on your way with tips, routes and a warm welcome on board. This way, your sailing holiday will be truly relaxing. When you book with us, you are not only choosing a boat, but also personal attention, craftsmanship and a real passion for sailing.

Our home port: Heerenveen. Perhaps you don't immediately think of a water sports village when you think of Heerenveen, but appearances can be deceiving. Our location is unique and surprisingly versatile! From our marina you can sail across the canal to the lively Sneekermeer in just under an hour, one of the most popular water areas in Friesland. But the other way around is also plenty to enjoy: if you sail south, you'll be in the beautiful Ossenzijl, the vast Weerribben National Park, or the picturesque and world-famous Giethoorn in no time. In short: the location is the perfect base for those who want to discover Friesland and even a part of the Netherlands from the water. Peace, nature, cozy villages and lively lakes, all within easy reach. Wherever you sail to, your holiday starts here.
