Recreatiepark de Uilenburg
Recreation park de Uilenburg is a green pearl, hidden between vast Frisian farmlands. The atmospheric park campsite is surrounded by a natural hedge of trees and shrubs, which provide privacy and a relaxed holiday feeling. Guests can stay overnight in various accommodations, such as safari tents, log cabins or their own tent, caravan or camper. Let yourself be carried away by the serene silence and enjoy the cheerful song of birds. The campsite has a rich history, with a stately villa and a beautiful park garden that is more than a hundred years old as its center. Three of the four safari tents are located directly on the villa pond, while the fourth tent has a spot on the edge of the food-picking forest. From the terrace you can enjoy the expansive view over the surrounding farmlands to the distant horizon. Whether you come for peace and nature or for active recreation on land and water, de Uilenburg offers it all.
