The 'Kubus' has an entrance with cloakroom and storage space for sailing suits and life jackets. The living area includes a sitting area, dining area and bar. The fully equipped kitchen has a six-burner stove, oven, dishwasher, spacious pantry, large refrigerator, freezer and complete inventory. The kitchen can be used open or closed. Behind the Kubus are a terrace and a playing field. The accommodation has two sanitary facilities, each with two showers, two toilets and three washbasins. There are two six-person rooms and four five-person rooms with bunk beds, all adjacent to a hall with storage space for sailing suits. Each room has a spacious closet and three rooms have direct access to the outside.
