This charming semi-detached holiday home is peacefully situated on open waterways with stunning unobstructed views of the water and meadows. It's suitable for two adults and possibly two children (not suitable for four adults). The entrance leads into the furnished living room with an open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, freezer, and electric stove. On the ground floor, you'll also find a toilet and a bathroom with a sink and shower. There's also an adjoining bedroom with a double bed and two single duvets. On the first floor, there's another bedroom for two children with two single beds and duvets. A cot is also available. There's ample closet space. There's no television, but there is a radio and CD player. The holiday home is heated by a gas heater in the living room and bathroom. Surrounding the house, you can relax outdoors and fully enjoy the peace and quiet!

The semi-detached holiday home is located directly on the water in the village of Gaastmeer. Gaastmeer is an ideal place for holidaymakers seeking tranquility. It is enclosed between many pools and lakes. Two restaurants are within walking distance of the house. There is also a supermarket. Gaastmeer is a good base for cycling, walking and sailing trips. Because it is enclosed, the trip over the country quickly starts with one of the two bicycle ferries. In addition, there are endless possibilities for water sports enthusiasts.

- PLEASE NOTE! The holiday home is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children (not for 4 adults). You can book for a maximum of 2 people. Please contact VVV Waterland van Friesland if you would like to book additional children. The cost is €30 per child per day. - The €100 deposit and the €60 cleaning fee must be paid in cash at the key collection point. - Heating costs are calculated on an after-sales basis. This is €0.50 per cubic meter. This applies from January 1st to May 1st and from September 4th to December 31st. This must be paid in cash at the key collection point. - Bed linen and towels are not provided; you must bring your own.
