The detached villa is modern and luxuriously furnished, with a sauna, but sustainability is of paramount importance. When you enter the hall of this beautiful new home, you walk past the toilet room. A little further on is the spacious living room with well-equipped kitchen. You can also walk through to the utility room where you will find a Finnish infrared sauna, washing machine and dryer. You can go outside to the garden through the living room, there is a nice garden table with chairs and you can take a dip in the water via the jetty, or would you rather step aboard the sloop that is waiting for you? Also here is the second bathroom which is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. When you walk up another staircase, you reach the attic floor, here is a spacious room with a sitting area that can also serve as a double sofa bed and a second TV. From this attic room you have a beautiful view over the water.
