This beautiful houseboat is located in a unique location on the Oudegaaster Breken. It has large windows and therefore offers a fantastic view over the water. The houseboat is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. There are large terraces both on the land side and on the water side. A boat up to 6.5 meters can be moored. There are 3 bedrooms; 2 with a double bed and there is a small bedroom with a bunk bed. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. Bed and bath linen are included. Well equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, oven, freezer, refrigerators, dishwasher. Living room with spacious dining table and view over the Oudegaasterbruggen. High-speed WiFi is available via a fiber optic connection. From the living room (CD player, radio) access to the spacious terrace (with swimming ladder) on the waterfront. (No diving, shallow!) The terrace also has a picnic table and relaxing chairs with cushions. There are 3 simple bicycles in the shed that can be used. Environment: Next to the houseboat is a small campsite with play equipment for children and a small beach. In the summer there is a surfing school with good instructors. There is a well-stocked supermarket in the village, within walking distance. There is also bicycle rental and the possibility of renting a boat.
