Location
Boarding location is at the jetty diagonally opposite the Fries Scheepvaartmuseum / VVV Sneek, Kleinzand 16 in Sneek. Parking is available at the Veemarktterrein, Korte Veemarktstraat 12 in Sneek. Here you can park for free on part of the site. Or in the parking garage at Normandiaplein number 7. Here you can park for free for the first 24 hours. The following applies to both parking locations: it is approximately a 10-minute walk to the boarding location.
Important to know
Please be at the jetty 10 minutes before departure. Please note that you will sit quietly on the open barge for about an hour. In cooler weather: make sure you have a sweater or jacket with you. Fleece blankets are on board. Also umbrellas if necessary. In sunny weather: remember a cap and sunscreen. The jetty has a low entry. The crew will be happy to help you board. The canal cruise passes under low bridges. Bending over is therefore necessary in some places. The skipper will indicate this in advance. Gift: upon presentation of this ticket you will receive a discount on the entrance fee to the Fries Scheepvaartmuseum in Sneek. Sneek is mooie stad gezien vanaf water al helemaal
Bedankt voor de beoordeling! Sneek is zeker een prachtige stad gezien vanaf het water! Jammer dat u dit niet kenbaar heeft gemaakt tijdens de rondvaart, dan had u dichter bij de schipper kunnen komen zitten.
