Guided boat tour through IJlst

Take a guided boat tour through the historic city center of IJlst (Drylts) led by a city guide and learn more about why IJlst calls itself the "Wood City." You will sail past the characteristic "Front Gardens," among other sights. The boat trip lasts 1 to 1.5 hours. There is room for a maximum of 12 people. Is your group larger? Location

The activities start at the Tourist Information Office in Museum Houtstad IJlst. Address: Sneekerpad 14, 8651 NE, IJlst. Parking is available at the Tourist Information Office/museum.


Important to know

Please arrive at the Tourist Information Office 5 minutes before the start. The trip will go ahead if at least 6 people have registered. Regarding clothing in general: keep an eye on the weather. It can be colder on the water due to wind. Unfortunately, the boat trip is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Stichting Beleef IJlst

Organization of local tourist office activities and provider of information to visitors and tourists. We organize city walks through IJlst and boat tours with an open historical boat. Additionally, we collect fees for permanent moorings for boats, as well as for transient/temporary berths and camper pitches.
