Time travel through central Friesland
Discover the special stories of the middle of Friesland. From the grandeur of royal Oranjewoud to the poor but beautiful peat colonies. Touring with our special oldtimer buses from 1958 we bring you through the most beautiful 'smûke' landscapes. We go straight through the lower middle and tour through the nicest old villages, villages and hamlets, such as Oranjewoud, Bontebok, Aldeboarn, Terherne and Joure. Of course with the most beautiful stories, jokes and anecdotes from our time travel guide Yde. School trip feeling and a pit stop with coffee/tea and orange cake are included!

Start: Jetze Veldstraweg 46A, Ouwsterhaule (National Public Transport Museum). There is ample free parking available.
Important to know
Please be at the vintage bus fifteen minutes in advance so that you can find a seat in peace. The guide and driver will be waiting for you there. The bus will leave promptly at 13:00. In case of cold weather: please note that the transport is in a beautiful vintage bus, but that it is not heated in a modern way. You can buy a ticket until 18:00 on the day before a tour. The tour will go ahead if there are at least 18 registrations. You will hear this by 19:00 at the latest by e-mail on the day before the planned tour. If this is not the case, you can choose another day or cancel. The safety of the guests is paramount. In the event of irresponsible weather conditions, the tour may be postponed (for example in the event of dangerous slippery conditions, code orange or red). The tickets will then remain valid for a replacement date. You will be informed of this by e-mail as soon as possible.
