Together with Museum De Waach, time travel guide Yde Wierda, and Eetcafé De Gondel, you will discover the historically rich town of Aldeboarn in a fun and relaxed way. During a walk through the village, the guide will tell the stories of one of the oldest places in Friesland. You will pass by special places and historic buildings such as the church, the house of Paulus Folkertsma, and the museum in the old weigh house. The afternoon begins at the centuries-old inn Eetcafé De Gondel with coffee or tea and a piece of orange cake. Afterwards, you will set off through the village with the guide. Depending on the group, you will be back around 5:30 PM. Are you with a group of more than 8 people? Then it can also be booked on a different date. Please contact Yde at +316-23907195. The walk and the museum are less suitable for people with disabilities.
