The teak sloop Venezuela (built in 1906) began a new life in Sneek in 2008. This marked the beginning of the Allure Cruise Company adventure. What began with a single vessel has grown into a successful concept that has since welcomed over 10,000 passengers. The Venezuela has been beautifully restored and looks surprisingly modern – people often mistake it for a new vessel. After ten seasons, the cruise has become a fixture in Sneek.
