In the heart of Terherne, this hotel restaurant is situated in a beautiful spot on the water. Terherne is a kind of island in the Frisian Lakes, it is surrounded by water. On the one side the Sneekermeer and on the other side the Terhernster pools. This makes Terherne an ideal location for a water sports holiday. The village is located just north of Joure and close to Akkrum and Goïngarijp. Stroll along the characteristic houses in the harbor or opt for a terrace on the water. Terherne is also known for the adventures of the twin brothers Hielke and Sietse, the skippers of the Chameleon. They experienced their stories here in the Chameleon Village.
